What Are The Findings From The Fasting Blood Work?

Hi I am concerned about my nephew. Age 16 (DOB 04/18/1997) 5'11" 267 lbs BP 136/75 bloodwork drawn on 01/23/2014 Choledterol 173, Triglycerides 251, HDL 35, VLDL 50, LDL 88, He is experiencing dizziness/lightheadedness and last week blacked out and hit his head while at school. His father says he is fine for a teenager nothing to worry about! I am very concerned about borderline juvenile diabetes and hypertension, as he eats lots of junk food and cheeses, anything fried or with potatoes preferred, and any sweets he can get his hands on. A 2 hour fasting blood work was done on 2/05/2014 results Magnesium, Serum 2.2 TSH 1.090 then glucosse fasting and 2 hr wait Glucose, Plasma 88, Glucose two-hour postprandial 105 with final stats CMP 14 BUN 14, CREATINE 0.96, UN/CREAT RATIO 15, SODIUM, SERIUM 144, POTASSIUM 4.7, CHLORIDE, SERUM 104, CARBON DIOXIDE 24, CALCIUM, SERUM 9.8, PROTEIN, TOTAL 6.9, ALBUMIN, SERUM 4.5, GLOUBLIN, TOTAL 2.4, A/G RATIO 1.9, BILIRUBIN, TOTAL 0.4, AST (SGOT) 24, ALT (SGPT) 41, ALKALINE 107 I ALSO HAVE A CBC W/ DIFF IF YOU WANT THAT. Am I stupid/crazy to be alarmed with the numbers? Please help me to understand when his dad says this is normal for a kid. Thanks Auntie Annie YYYY@YYYY

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate worry for your nephew, you became too much conscious for him, in fact this is nothing to worry at all this is not the case as you might be thinking, he is just teen boy, I could not find any thing that is said to be diabetes, just forget about this, hope you can understand this, have nice day.
