Hello and welcome to HCM,
You are suffering from multiple ailments:
1. A raised blood glucose (diabetes mellitus). You have not mentioned whether this is fasting or postprandial blood glucose levels. However, whatever it is, it is high.
2. A raised triglyceride levels suggests deranged lipid profile. You have not mentioned the other lipid tests- total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and VLDL. You need to take medication to control the elevated triglyceride levels.
3. The hepatitis B and hepatitis A levels are also raised. You need to take medication for these infections.
4. Raised urine glucose levels are due to raised blood glucose levels.
5. Splenic enlargement is due to portal hypertension. Treatment of portal hypertension will reduce the size of spleen.
6. Both direct and indirect bilirubin levels are elevated. This is probably due to hepatitis.

You are taking medication for hepatitis and jaundice (elevated bilirubin levels).
However, you need to consult your doctor for treatment of deranged lipid profile and diabetes mellitus.

Thanks and tale care
