What Are The Feed Backs From My Chest X Ray?

I had a chest Xray last week: No acute pulmonary disease noir plural effusion Thus, stable. I have large hiatal hernia whic I have had for many years and am treating by Gastro Dr. I have sleep apnea whic is being treated. However, the Xray said severly ectatic aorta. How serious is this and what shold be the follow up?

aortic aorta.appears to be physiological. Consult cardiologist for opinion.
