What Are The Effects Of Tadalafil?

No ED but looking for a little enhancer. I'm 32 and a little overweight but have no heart or BP problems. A buddy gave me a few 20 mg tadalafil that he says bring you to 100% from the 75% you can naturally be at. My question is should I try one ahead of time to see its effects on me? I don't want to attempt to have sex after taking one and end up sick, etc. Hes never had an issue with it but everyone's body is different. Should I take it for this done deal first time I'm going to have?

Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you with thanks for a consult!

I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns according to the latest medical guidelines.

Unfortunately the drug made actually for Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and for erectile dysfunction (ED) is being used for recreational purpose mainly. But it is all personal choice.

If you really want to use it, there is nothing wrong to try it before the main play. It is rather better to see how your body reacts to it.

I am suggesting it just because you said you don't have any cardiac and blood pressure issues. If a male has such issues, this isn't a good product for him as it may lower the blood pressure significantly that may even lead to syncope.
