What Are The Early Symptoms Of Breast Cancer?

Are there any studies on women who have been diagnosed with early, stage 1 ER/PR positive breast cancer (neg nodes) and have decided to go on low dose estrogen therapy to minimize menopausal symptoms? What is their absolute risk of recurrance compared to those who did not go on HRT.?
