Welcome to H.C.M.I am Dr Krishna Dubey.
Raised SGPT and SGOT in Hepatitis carrier indicate that virus is active. So your doctor started medicine including interferon.I advised you to follow your doctor advise regarding interferon and other medicines. It is very essential for you.
Avoid fatty food , fruits( because creatinine is high as you told) and alcohol.
Do not take it lightly and approach your doctor for further investigation like viral marker , viral load and further management of your hepatitis.
Thanx for query.
