is it possible to tell if someone is hiv+ from an elevated count of WBC from a vaginal swab that is looked under the micriscope by the gyno?

elevated WBC count suggest bacterial infection .
it is not indicate hiv infection in any way
so dont worry ,be relax
status of hiv is known by S.HIV test only and cd4 count
