What Are The Complications Of Tobacco Chewing?

Doc, I am also one of the addict of this chewing tobacco for the last 10 years or so. I generally have 3-4 pacs a day and my tooth is not that badly damaged now. But, yes the color is changing and stains are there on the back side. Today I have stopped and mentally am undergoing the urge and counter control.. Now I have promised on my Kids name that only on sunday I will have. Will it help?

hi dear,
having tobacco for 10 years and now you are going to quit in form of taking only on Sunday definitely helps you.
having 3 to 4 packs every day and now directly on Sunday is quit difficult but if you are going to do this i best luck you and wishes you best.
if you have urge to take replace with other like chewing gum etc..
also if feeling very much craving go gradually to withdraw it.
there are certain medication also which help you to quit.
Thank you
