Hello and welcome to HCM,
Warts are common in and around the anal region.
Moles or pigmented lesions around the anal region can be pigmentary lesions.
Thus, you need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment.
The pigmented lesions can be due to warts covered by pigmented skin or they can be primary pigmentary lesions.
Excision of wart may be required for histopathological examination to know the character of the lesion.
If proven to be a wart, appropriate treatment can be done.

Thanks and take care
