Mother in law had an angiogram this morning she flat lined about 10 am she s ok now she s is in icu was supposed to get a stent on her heart but she s too weak and needs open heart but won t make it. Heart is at 20% tomorrow when they put in the stents they mentioned they will have a machine that will pump 80%.. What are her chances
The life expectancy of person with 20% pumping on machine is for couple of months to years depending upon the rest of the parameters such as: - Kidney function - Nutrition status - Control of blood sugar, blood pressure - Associated conditions such as atherosclerosis - Risk factors of coronary artery diseases as smoking and others
