Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

It is very difficult to predict longevity, as it depends on the precautions taken, regular intake of medicines, frequent follow-ups with the cardiologist, weight reduction to ideal BMI (
I have several similar patients, who have been on the scene for more than 10 years. Trials have reported 5 years as an AVERAGE survival. If I had been your treating physician, I would have replaced Bisoprolol with Carvedilol. Other drugs are correct.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, and might consider modifying your prescription.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.
