What Are The Chances Of Recurrence Of Cancer Post Chemotherapy?

I am a 13 year survivor, I had a lumpectomy, chemo (Adriomycin, and Cytoxin) and 35 radiation treatments 5 were scar specific. the tumor was small (5mm) but had spread to nodes 5,5 mm and 2mm. My question is I am 73 with other aillments how can I figure my risks for a reaccurance.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
It is unfortunate to have contacted with cancer.
Since you have not given the diagnosis, it is little difficult to predict recurrence and prognosis.
However, many type of cancer can only be controlled and few can be cured.
There is always a chance of recurrence. Hence you need to keep it under control by chemotherapy maintenance by follow-up through PET Scan.
