What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Using I Pill?

Hello doctor, I had sex with my gf on 7th May with condom, still she took ipill. And yesterday, ie. 19th May we had sex again using condom but she didn t take ipill. Any risks?? They say an ipill a month has it effectiveness for 15 days. Is it so? And after having sex she rinsed her vagina with soap water. Any risks of pregnancy?

Hi
Welcome to HCM.

Chances of pregnancy are almost zero.
Since you had protected sex ( assuming to be with an intact condom till the sexual act is over) on those two encounters even without taking I-Pill, the chances of pregnancy are almost zero.

The effect of I-pill will not last long, it is for the time being only that could protect from the unprotected coitus of that time only, and for the entire month i.e. it will not prevent the unwanted pregnancy once she gets her periods.
Hence, there is no risk of pregnancy even if she did not take I-Pill on the second encounter.
