They are not classical symptoms of pregnancy but are similar to a viral condition. Stomach cramps may be caused by this viral condition or due to your uterine cramps since you have a irregular cycle. I would suggest you to do a pregnancy test through your urine, to rule out the pregnancy and to get an explanation of your delayed periods. If you are not pregnant than you have to treat viral condition symptoms with painkillers or sprays for the sore throat, decongestants for the runny nose and vitamins to increase your immunity.
