What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Tubal Ligation?

Hello, I m 45 years old and had a tubal ligation when I was 26. I ve always had normal periods. This time I ve been bleeding, not really very much at al, but just enough to wear a liner. The blood is not really the same color as it is when I m on my period. It s very very light pinkish red. My breasts are very tender and I m very moody. Is it possible that I m pregnant or am I starting through menopause?
