can I ask a question?

Ok, so I had unprotected sex, but he didn't ejaculate inside of me. I still felt I should be safe so I took the morning after pill aprox. 50 hours later. I got my period a few days later but it was about 3 weeks early and a bit lighter than usual. as of now (3 weeks later) I have a swollen abdomen, I am very fatigued and I don't feel very well (fevers, slight dizziness) --- could I be pregnant?

As there was no ejaculation inside vagina, chances of pregnancy are almost negligible. You can also test by a urine pregnancy test.
Swollen abdomen and malaise can be due to some illness. Visit a physician for this.
