What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant After Taking Ipills?

Hi!!! My name is joan and my question is after i undergo my raspa last july 28,2014 after a days ill take already a contraceptives pills and i didnt inform my OB about that and then my husband use me after a week but he use the widrawal even i used pills,im afraid if i gettin pregnant!!!it is possible that i gettin pregnant after my raspa and my husband use me even ill take a pills and he widraw his cells??? Please i need to know the answer because im thinking about this,thank you!!!

Hello and thanks for your question. If you take birth control pills the chance of getting pregnant is small if you take them correctly. They need to be taken every day at about the same time each day. The withdrawal method is not very effective, condom use is more helpful. If you are on birth control pills and your husband uses condoms then your risk of pregnancy is small. No method is 100% but the more precautions you take the less risk you have.
