I have gay sex with 5 people through 8 years once with each man now I am sure that all were clean except I have doubt on one partner 2 years ago bcuz we all are clean we never use condom and only anal sex I was receptive the whole tym and also they ejaculated outside not inside kindly tell me if there is any risk well there are no symptoms

thank you for query.The chances of transmission of HIV by sexual route is 1/ 200 to 1/2000 even if the partner is HIV infected.it is higher with anal sex and intercourse are unprotected moreover multiple partners.The chances though lesser if secretions are not ejaculated still exists.Please get tested for HIV to allay the fears of HIV.consult the doctor or nearest accredited laboratory for testing.
