Chances of transmission of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection are nil if barrier method of contraception are used.
However, oral sex can transmit by oral route like herpes simplex, human papilloma virus, etc.
Thus, you develop any kind of rash, vesicles or ulcer on genitalia or in oral mucosa, consult your primary healthcare provider.
