What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Non Penetrative Sex?

Had first gay experience about a week ago. there was no anal penetration but his penis did touch my anus. also he gave me a handjob and small raw area appeared because of the friction. His penis also touched mine but again no penetration or sperm was present. He said he was not HIV positive. Also Monday and Tuesday I woke up with the runs. No poop Wednesday. Thursday and Friday starting to just be soft, smaller stools. Woke up today with a few cold sores. Friday morning I noticed I have what is known as geographic tongue. Could I have contracted HIV or am I just fighting a virus. I know some people at my work were sick this passed week with stomach issues as well but I hope you can see my concern. Again no penetration, basically just dry humping.
