What Are The Chances For Positive Results Of PEP Without Exposure To HIV?

I just started PEP three days ago (18 hours after possible exposure - unknown partner status broken condom during receptive anal sex with no ejaculation) Will it interfere with a p24 test if I get one at 14 days post exposure? I am certain odds are low, but will the PEP cause a positive result even if there was no exposure?
