What Are The Causes Of Having Headache, Tiredness, Hot And Cold Flushes And Sore Throat?

For the last few days I have been very tired, headache in my temples and behind my eyes, hot & cold flushes, sore throat also very emotional & generally feeling sick. I had yesterday off work & slept a lot & felt better. Today I went to work & now I feel much worse.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having viral infection giving rise to this symptoms of having malaise, body ache, headache.
Take some analgesic, decongestant medicine for 2-3 days.
Take rest.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
