What Are The Causes Of Cloudy And Smelly Fish Urine Odor?

for many months now I have had urine odor that can smell fishy at times.... but it is cloudy I have had several test done and my MD says I have no UTI and I have never had one. It smells so bad to me I have to flush while I am going and spray the room what could cause this I am taking no vitamians..

As the condition you mentioned is not urinary tract infection, we have to consider the following:

A mix of high phosphorus food (high protein or milk shake) ESP with alkaline urine (lots of vegetables) could cause urine to be cloudy.

If you're a woman who has been noticing a fishy smell coming from your urine, this unpleasant fishy odor is actually emanating from your vagina, and you should be checked by your gynecologist for a vaginal infection. Bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis are not life-threatening, and again, they are curable.
If you're a man who has noticed a fishy odor, have your physician examine you to see if you have picked up the infection from your sexual partner.
