Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding burning in mouth along with small red spots in cheeks.

Considering your symptoms in chronological order it appears that most likely you are suffering from stomatitis. This is an infective pathology may be viral, bacterial or fungal. Some times it is associated with sore throat.

Most of the time it is self limiting but when persists than consultation with ENT doctor will become necessary for further management.

Regards.
