Welcome to HCM!

On reading your question carefully I can say from my clinical experince that you need to see a neurologist or may be a doctor atleast once.

Had I been treating you I would definitely go for an MRI brain to check if there is any causative factor in brain for the presentation. I would also get your ECG, check your BP and pulse to see the condition of heart.

For the time till you see a doctor, I have seen patients getting better with rizatryptan 5-10 mg in similar cases.

You have not mentioned your age or if you have high BP, or diabetes or put on anti hypertensives any time. Your presentation can be related to High blood pressure. If you have high BP, then please take the medicine regularly.

Pain in neck and shoulder can be related to the original problem or may be due to cervical spondylosis. This can be checked by getting an X Ray neck.

Only after proper tests and examination in person one can pinpoint the exact nature of the problem.

Hope the reply is useful for you in getting better
