started to bleed mid cycle - day 14. Fresh blood with lots of dark clots, medium flow for 24hrs last 2 days spotting but extreme constant pelvic pain extending into abdominal area, with very sharp twinges/ walking sitting, bending cause intense pain. Last 2-3 periods have been lighter and shorter than normal and some mittelschmerz pain expeienced last couple of month. but nothing like this
