General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there...

Do you have any shoulder pain?
Did you injure / sustain a fall recently?

I would advise you to visit an orthopedic surgeon for an accurate diagnosis.

The possibilities could be rotator cuff injury, tendonitis, bursitis, arthritis, stiff/ frozen shoulder.

Have you tried using hot/cold packs?

Pain killers like brufen taken after food might help.

The doctor might advise physiotherapy after examination and evaluation.

Hope this helps..
