Hi. I went to the ER yesterday with chest pains that spread into my back and was admitted overnight and discharged yesterday on cardiac diet and told to follow up with an oncologist for an adrenal gland tumor that they saw. I also have systemic lupus. I am 48 yrs old non smoker female

I think this condition could be Pheochromocytoma which can produce frequent chest pains which mimic cardiac pain.
But it is benign condition which is completely curable. You need to get the CECT abdomen done and urinary VMA.
After confirmation surgical resection will the treatment of choice.
