What Are The Bumps On My Bald Spots?

So a few months ago i noticed a bald spot on the top of my head and it got worse and more bumps started showing up and making bald spots. There is a big one on the bottom of my head they all seem to be filled with liquid. Its embarassing and i have no idea what it is! Can anyone help me?? Sometime the bleed a little too. I can feel alot of the smooth bumps all over my head in diffrent spots but only a couple bald spots.

hi there.
1. your concern may be either
a. tinea capitis.
b.alopecia areata.'
c.pityrosporum folliculitis.
2. get KOH mount investigation done on the scales and from the bumps.
3. if it is positive for fungal filaments, then start greseofulvin 250mg daily one after dinner for 30 days.
4.along with terbicip spray twice daily on affected areas.
5. if it is negative, start using tacrolimus 0.03% lotion twice daily on affected areas.
