As you had pcod polycystic ovarian disease and husband has low sperm count and failed 6 cycles of iui, i would advise to continue the treatment and go for ICSI intra Cytoplasmic sperm injection or IVF invitro fertilization.
Consult a gynecologist and take his/her advise for further treatment.
