What Are The Benefits And Side Effects Of Livogen?

Good Afternnon Sir,

I have a Query.

Q.1 I am planning to concive for the first time and my Gynecology has said me to have a Livogen Tablet daly after Dinner for one month .

Can i know its benefit and side effect part.

My Personal Details are:

1. weight is currently 42 Kg and

2. height is 5"3'

3. Age 29 Years.



kindly let me know the necessary diet plann need to take.

Q. 2 "Can i have Riped Papay pieces daily " as i like it a lot

Your gynae advise one tablet of LIVOGEN daily ( ferrous fumarate+folic acid ) .
Yes this is most potent drug for conception ( before & after ), even you can take this tablet for full period ( until & unless ,no side effect).
You are somewhat under weight but this is not a cause of concern.
As far as papaya you can take it daily as this is the rich source of vitamin A and many other b complex vitamin .
As for as about die plan , so specific diet advise , except plenty of ,green leafy vegetable , fresh fruit and milk product ( if no BP ).
