What Are The After Effects Of Extended Diabetes?
Hi I have been a diabetic now for 51 years, since the age of 2 years old. I had a mild heart attack, ened up in a coma becasue of negligences. I where the pump,The pump was never checked to see if it was i my body. I was moved to ICU. I was given to pints of blood... IT was 12 hour before they found the pump was not in me. I was severly amenic. my pottassium was so low they drip lined it . sugars were so high that I almosted died. from doctors or nurses not know what was wrong with me ..

in my opinion the condition might be due to disconnection of pump.
this is also called diabetic keto acidosis
when doctor s want to replace your glucose balance then potassium will come down relax nothing to worry
