What Are The After Effects Of Chewing Tobacco?

Good Morning,

Our 21 year old son has been chewing tobacco since he got up to college at the age of 18. The past two years he's started developing sores on his feet and hands and rashes on his arms and legs. Can he be allergic to one of the products used in the tobacco? We've eliminated everything else.
