I'm an executive chef at a large retail company in SA and three days ago one of the girls who works for me came to me telling me that she woke up on Tuesday morning with the one side of her face "hanging". If she smiles her face pulls to the one side , and she said she doesn't feel anything on the one said. It is very embarrassing to her, as she serves customers and sometimes there will be spit coming out the one side and she doesn't feel it. Also when she speaks, the face pulls to one side. She says she feels fine..it's just the face. Some people reckon she had a mild stroke in her sleep..can that be?? Please help!
