my 3 week old baby s face is broke out. I thought it was baby acne but now it is on the back of his nect and his shoulder blade and looks like little blisters. He is a pretty big baby..he was 10 lbs 8 oz when he was born. what does this sound like...baby acne....prickly heat....other rash?

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hello,

By what you say I feel that this could be atopic dermatitis keeping in mind the age of the baby.

Topical emollients should be working well in this scenario. But skin conditions are best diagnosed and treated after seeing them directly I suggest you upload some images here so that we can guide you better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
