What Are Small Black Specks On The Back Of Hand Suggestive Of?
I m on the computer and then notice these small black specks on the back of my right hand. I looked at the closer and they don t look like its on the surface of the skin more like as if they were small tiny black heads. Im confused on what they are and how they got there
