As per your complain Tri-melasin cream contains active ingredients Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Flucinolone that is a steroid and long term use of steroid based creams have deleterious side effects on face like skin thinning, inflammation,rashes,pimples, increased hairgrowth in face and dilated veins under skin.. The symptoms that you are experiencing seems to be due to side effect of the cream and you should stop using the same.. You should take anti allergics like Levocetrizine or Allegra to relieve itching, redness and irritation.. Do cool compresses over the face and splash cool water over the face.. You should avoid application of any harsh chemical cosmetic over face.. Once the skin becomes normal you can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing fcewash.. You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin.. Apply Vitamin E gel over the dark spots.. Limit sun exposure.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
