What Are Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain And Abnormal Periods Suggestive Of?

I am experiencing a sharp lower abdominal pain accompanied by abnormal period in which I will bleed for a few days and then stop and then repeat the cycle. I am also having extreme headaches and swollen ankles and feet and craving sugar like crazy my tubes are tied so I m not pregnant

Hello,

You are not pregnant since you have tubes tied, it is a permanent contraception method.
This irregularities should be evaluated immediately doing a total gynecological check up doing an ultrasound, pap smear and colposcopy.
There can be an anatomical issue such fybromyoma or thickening of endometrial lining as well as hormonal issue.
