General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Seems to be sudden evacuation of over distended bladder causing the pain. In case it does not recur, you need not worry. Just take care not to make it stand for long in bladder. But if the complaint recurs, you should get yourself checked by a kidney specialist to exclude any infection/lythiasis /muscle pull to be followed by needful treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
