What Are Reasons For Getting Abnormal Chest X-ray?

sir, i am 47 year old a man good golf player i feel good healthy condition, nor i feel cough and fever but immigration doctor diagnoise chest x-ray abnormal, whereas my chest xray show 1. No evidence of acute consolidation/pneumothorax. both hila are normal in size shape and position 3. both cp angles are clear 4. CTR appears with in normal limits please advise me whats the condition why immigration doctor say abnormal chest xray

1.There is nothing abnormal findings mentioned in the x-ray report.
2.There is no evidence of consolidation / pneumothorax ( infection / air ).
3.Both hill are in the position, and size.
4.Both costo-phrenic angles angles appears normal ( no fluid / thickening )
5.Cardio-thoracic ratio appears normal. All the parameters appears normal.
6.In mentions parameters no abnormality - consult doctor for better evaluation. Good luck.
