What Are Pus Filled Lumps Around The Penile Shaft Suggestive Of?

Hey I have 2 pea sized lumps on the left side of my penile shaft quite close together. They have little bits of pus that come out now and again and they feel like they contain smaller hard crunchy tissue. Any ideas what this could be? I be had it for months now. Possibly an ingrown hair?

Hallow Dear,

If the pus filled pustules are near the base of the penis, it is likely that it is hair root follicle infection. However, if the lesions are near glans penis, the chances of sexually transmitted disease are quite high. If you have history of sexual exposure, you have to consider this possibility first.

Anyway, since you are having purulent infection on the penis, you have to take some antibiotics course with the advice of STI specialist. Till you are completely cured, please abstain from the sexual activities.

Please report to STI Consultant for appropriate diagnosis and management. It is advisable to have consultation for your sexual partner also.
