What Are Pressure And Pain In Chest And Upper Back With Sore Neck Suggestive Of?

I am a 40 year old female. 3 to 4 times in the last week I have had pressure in my chest and upper Bach with a dull ache. I m not short of breath but I guess kind of labored. My left shoulder/ neck area gets really sore too. It started tonight with nausea. I just get real tired. But I so my relaxation breathing and it starts to subside. Then after a while it starts to let up.I have a physical scheduled for the. 2985th. Should I go in be for then?

Pain in left chest and shoulder may be due to gerd related or may be due to cardiac origin. Other cause are.
a blood clot lodged in the lungs
inflammation of the pancreas
gallstone disease
asthma
inflammation of the cartilage that holds the ribs to the breastbone
injured, bruised, or broken ribs
a chronic pain syndrome, such as fibromyalgia
high blood pressure
anxiety or panic attacks
shingles.
If pain related to gerd or heartburn then you can get relief by some precautions like
Avoid taking spicy and junk food in diet.
Avoid drink water in between meal.
Eat small meal at a time
Do exercise regularly.
If problem will remain same then may be pain is because of heart problem then get a EKG test done.
But first take precautions if problem is not severe.
