What Are Long Term Effects Of Having Under Cooked Kidney Beans?

I accidently under prepared red kidney beans last night. This morning I've been having the runs and my stomach hurts a bit. i found out undercooked beans is toxic. Will i suffer any long term effects from this? This was only my first time eating beans this way.
