What Are Fluctuating BP Levels, Low Pulse Rate And Severe Migraines Suggestive Of?

Hello. I am very concerned about having a heart attack or wonder if I already have. I have bouts where my blood pressure sky rockets to apx 179/107. I have a horribly severe migraine and break out in sweats. I take my clonidine but after 25 mins bp still increasing so I take another after about 45 mins. Finally bp lowers and migraine goes away. But when I wake up bp is 79/53 and pulse 42 until I start moving around. This happened several months ago and I was in icu after abulance brought me in. It took them three days to get my pulse above 38. They mentioned a pace maker but nothing about a heart attack. After a few days I feel normal again. This just happened again but didn t have to go to hospital as pulse only dropped to 48. I don t know what s wrong?? I also have bad thyroid and am on meds for it but my doctor never does my bloodwork to check any levels. Help! Could this be heart attacks?

i advice you to change your antihypertensive meds as there are other safe options available.
