Masturbation is healthy and normal as long as it is not overdone. If the masturbation is not disrupting your daily activities and causes no distress then not to worry at all. But if any change in mood, stress, changes in sleep and appetite, it is better to consult with your Doctor. You need to reduce stress in your life. Avoid late hours of work, cultivate healthy eating habits, avoid high carbohydrate diet, avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Keep well hydrated at all times. Do daily brisk walking for 40 minutes as this releases hormones which reduce stress and makes one feel much happier as well. Regarding your weight loss, do you have any cough, loose stools. Kindly get examined by your Doctor to find out the right cause for this problem as well.

masturbation is not harmful for body unless you are having guilty feeling about it .
your loss of body weight may be due to anxiety and not having proper diet with regular exercises .
please consult physician and rule out any illness that may be the reason of weight loss
do not worry. masturbation is in no way harmful for body
