Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since your kidneys are not fully functional as your high Creatinine indicates, taking NSAIDs is strongly discouraged. You can use paracetamol (acetaminophen) which is friendlier for the kidneys but not as potent as a NSAID against pain. Another option (which can be used in combination to paracetamol for additional benefit) is the use of opioids. Low-dose codeine or Tramadol will help with the pain without affecting the kidneys. Since osteoarthritis is a chronic condition that's not going to improve, remember to avoid using painkillers without significant symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
