Hello,
I really admire your positive attitude towards your health and appreciate it fully.

In short and simple words, i would tell you that you can do all the activities, but in moderation after a month of removing your appendix, if you are healing well and no any post operative complications there.

So you can do walking, jogging, join a gym, do meditation, stretching etc without having fear of anything. Actually it will be beneficial to your health, so don't worry about anything and live your life.

Hope this answers your question and let me know directly if you have any further relevant queries.

Dentist Dr. Viraj Ravin Shah's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern. As far as you are healing really well and not having any trouble regarding routine activities, I do not see any harm in participating in active meditation sessions. In addition, the session is having a gap of one month. Hence, there is no need to worry.

I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
