What One Should Do In Case Of A Unsymtomatica ITP?

What One should do in case of a unsymtomatica ITP (Low Blood Plattlet Count) HB14.5, WBC before treatment of steriod 9000, To treat this I have undertaken Anti-D Intravein and on treatment of oral "omnacortial-60mg" per day, Due to this treatment my Plattlets have gone upto 250 K from 8K but over a 20 days time again it has reached today to 49k, also HB at 12 and WBC at 18K, I dont undrstand Why it is not maintained at some level and is there any other treatment

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
ITP is immuno thrombocytopenic purpura. In ITP there is a immune mediated destruction of platelets. So main treatment is immunosuppressive drugs like steroids. You should continue with steroids to maintain your platelets count.
