hi there
am dr.surendran
nice to meet you here in HCMagic
i completely understand your problem
What you are experiencing is called “Nocturnal Emission” or “Wet Dream”.

First of all, this is not a disease to be cured. This is a normal phenomenon that happens to more than 80% of males, especially during adolescent times. You should not feel guilty about having wet dreams. Just like masturbation, having nocturnal emission is a natural action.

Having nocturnal emission is very common with people who do not masturbate or do not have sex frequently.
At your age, your body (and mind) needs sexual outlet. As a result, you are having these wet dreams and ejaculating while you are sleeping.
remedies, no need of any tablets
just meditate
keep your self occupied with your mind with your goal and ambition,
you will come good in your life
