Went For A Trip, Now Having Pain In Left Side Abdomen, Constipation. Treatment?

hello, i went on a trip to detroit for a couple of day and didn t have one bowel movement . On the way home i felt a sharp pain in the left side and it felt like it was in the intestine . I can still feel the lump and its been a year since it happened. I have bowel movements but it feels like theres more in there. and this sucks because i don t have a credit card and this problem is really bothering me oh well

This seems like chronic constipation.
Increase ur daily water intake.
Eat green leafy vegetables.
U can take laxatives with ur drs opinion.
